Retreats allow for a more in-depth spiritual encounter with Christ. Students have the opportunity to participate in a retreat each of their 4 years at St. Teresa High School.
During freshman year, students leave campus for a school day shortly after the school year begins. This is a mandatory retreat day that focuses on the spiritual goals and mission of St. Teresa High School, preparation for high school, and their upcoming challenges.
This is an optional, but strongly encouraged, overnight retreat. This spiritual experience centers around a theme of “Three Circles of Love: Love of Self, Love of Neighbor, and Love of God.”
An optional overnight retreat that focuses on discipleship and coming to know Christ more closely in our lives.
We provide two “Kairos” retreats, one for male students and one for female students. The team that provides this retreat experience is 6 of our own seniors and 4 of our own faculty and/or community members. This retreat is optional but highly encouraged.
