What does “leadership” mean to you and how do you utilize leadership in your daily life?
I believe that truly great leaders are “servant leaders.” They recognize that being of service to the people they manage will ultimately lead to the greatest level of success for the overall organization. This concept of being of service holds true in our daily lives too “for it is in giving that we receive.”
How was your St. Teresa education helped you with your current position of leadership as CEO?
At St. T, I realized that the more genuinely engaged and excited a teacher was about the topic they were teaching, the more I learned and the more I cared about the topic. The same holds true in engaging with the people in your company.
What advice would you give to a current student?
Get involved outside the classroom. Find extracurricular activities that interest you and in the process, you will get to know people who are similar to you.
What would you say to a family considering to attend St.Teresa?
St. T provides a very supportive, encouraging environment during a very formative stage in a student’s life. St. T creates numerous opportunities in and out of the classroom for students to learn and grow.
