Alumnus of the Year Nomination Form
Nominations for those that do not receive the award will remain active for three years.
Current members of the St. Teresa High School Board of Directors are not eligible for nomination. Once a board member's term has expired, they can be nominated. Self-nominations will not be considered.A selection committee comprised of the school Principal, member(s) of the Advancement Office, St. Teresa Chaplain, and an alumni representative from each decade with current living graduates, will review nominations. The committee will make a recommendation to the St. Teresa High School Board of Directors for approval.
July 31 - Nominations due to the Advancement Office.
August - Committee to review nominations and make the selection.
August - Final recommendation presented to the School Board of Directors.
August - Recipient notified & announced.
October 7 - Recipient honored at the Homecoming football game.
